Ancestral Visualization
Here is the guided visualization to meet with your ancestors. Our ancestors have much medicine for us. They offer us resilience, strength, love and a connect to the land that we may not have. They also have experienced great traumas, pain, challenges and disease that they need help clearing. Creating a relationship with them is empowering and deeply rewarding.
It is best to find a quiet place and set your intention, saying a prayer to your ancestors for what you are looking for before starting the meditation. Then lie down and follow the road to meet your ancestors and hear the messages they have for you. You will also receive a copy of the visualization by email.
Below you will find my Getting Ready for Birth Document. I give this to all my patients and doula clients. It is based on research and my experience working with pregnant people. If you have had any challenges with your pregnancy or your baby is breech it is best to consult with your practitioner or reach out to me to make sure these are the best choices for you.
